I was practicing with Mick for a few months and couldn’t have possibly had a better tutor. Passed first time with only 4 minor faults. Highly recommended.

I couldn’t say thank you enough. Great instructor and generally a good person. Made me feel at ease during lessons and was very honest with where I was and what was needed for me to succeed, for me it was checking mirrors and being a bit slower with turns etc. I don’t think anyone could ask for a better driving instructor.
I would recommend him to anyone who wants to learn to drive and pass their tests and earn their freedom!
Mick is a great tutor, straight to the point. I was comfortable with him immediately and it was very easy to learn from him. Overall excellent tuition and I would definitely recommend to anyone needing driving lessons in the area.
Great teacher, patience of a saint!
Trinity now has a greater sense of independence and freedom. We’re no longer Uber mum and dad. In addition, we get to sleep in on Saturdays now. We would recommend you as a great driving instructor because you believe that all road users should be proficient. Your very direct and don’t mince your words ensuring you provide clear and concise instructions and give clear communication/progress updates to parents.
If you go with Mick you won’t regret it. He keeps everything realistic and pushes you to achieve what you’re capable of. Amazing with intensive courses so easy to get along with, put my mind right at ease for the test so I went in confident and passed first time.
Passed first time with Mick after having at least a two year break from driving. Would heartily recommend! Mick was a clear and helpful instructor who picked up on a lot of the things that needed amending with my driving. He really built up my confidence and I am so happy with the result! My only regret is not going to him direct, don’t let other course booking agents faff you around, you should go straight to Mick!

Mick has been super professional from start to finish he absolutely knows the capability of Trinity and knew when she was ready to pass. You won’t waste any time or money he wants his students to pass as much as they do. We travelled from York to Scarborough but when needed Mick came to us. I would highly recommend Mick!!
